We found out lots about moon buggies and discovered that it is called a Lunar Roving Vehicle. We knew that we needed to have a strong chassis and that the wheels and axle must be able to turn otherwise our 'Rover' wouldn't work. We had to carefully measure and cut the wood and then join it to make a rectangle. We had to make sure we had joined it with right angles at each corner so that it was the right shape. We had lots of ideas about which wheels would work best. We have tried different sizes, textures and materials. We are going to test out which wheels work best.
