The children worked really well in their pairs to reassemble their map of the United Kingdom. As part of our work on the fire of London we have been learning the capital cities of the countries in the United Kingdom. The children really enjoyed exploring on a google maps finding lots of places that they had been, it turns out they are a well travelled bunch and we spent time finding Turkey, Tenerife, Japan and Florida on the world map.
