Fantastic firework printing.

The children were inspired by watching a video of the fireworks in London to make their own firework pictures.  They explored using different tools to print with and created different patterns and textures with pom-poms, straws, pipe cleaners as well as forks and cotton buds!!!  We also used the computer to create firework pictures.  We varied the ‘splash’ size and shades of colour to create the effect that we wanted.  William had the super idea of creating lots of huge splashes to flood fill the background to create a night sky for the fireworks, super thinking.
